Your privacy when using MyPDF
Files stay on your device unless you explicitly choose a tool's server service. We collect anonymous usage data only if you choose to share it.
Your files stay on your device
The available tools process files in your browser by default. We do not receive or store your PDFs, images, filenames, document contents, metadata or passwords unless a tool clearly explains that it requires a server service and you choose to continue. You do not need an account.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off unless you choose to allow it. Saying no does not affect any of the PDF tools.
If you opt in, we record the tool used, whether it worked, approximate ranges for file size, page count and processing time, and whether you downloaded the result. This helps us find problems and improve the tools people use most.
The data never includes your files, filenames, document contents, metadata, passwords, or an identifier for you or your document. Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine handles these anonymous events and retains them for three months.
Optional tool feedback
When a result is ready, you can choose to rate the tool from one to five stars and add a comment. The rating is stored with the tool you used so we know what to improve. This is separate from optional usage analytics and works regardless of your analytics preference.
Feedback does not include your file, filename or document details unless you type them into the comment yourself. Please do not add personal information or document content. Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine stores submitted feedback for three months.
